This Stealership covered up defects on my purchase. Of course it's my fault. Don't buy here, you'll be sorry! They brought this on themselves; I'm a nice guy.

The experience with this dealership started out great. Had a service bulletin that we called in and was told it covered the car. Even set an appointment up for service to be completed. Dropped the car off Sunday evening and thought all was good. Service department called today stating they service bulletin doesn’t cover the car. When asked why, we were told the service rep never received our vin number to run even tho he asked and ran the number to find out if it was covered.
